Action Required: Download and set up Verizon Family
To prevent any interruption in service, please download and setup the new app. Verizon Family will continue to offer all the same features as GizmoHub at no additional cost. Your device settings, trusted contacts, and boundary alerts will transfer automatically after logging into Verizon Family.
How to Switch Now
1. Download the Verizon Family app
2. Sign In:
Verizon Mobile Customers: Use your My Verizon credentials.
Note: Social Media logins have been replaced by Verizon logins for account security.
Non-Verizon Mobile or Verizon Business Customers: You can continue using your current Apple or Google login on the new app.
3. Notify Caregivers
Let your trusted contacts and GizmoHub Caregivers know they will need to download Verizon Family, too.
NOTE: You do not need to reset your gizmo.
There is no need to factory reset your child's watch to start using Verizon Family. Simply follow the app instructions to link your accounts—your watch data and contacts will transfer automatically.

Bewertungen
The app doesn't work with Verizon Business accounts, something they neglected to mention when they enthusiastically sold me Gizmo watches. Now I need the Verizon Family app to manage the Gizmo app and that doesn't work for Verizon Business either. An absolute disaster with no solution in sight.
good app
The migration to Verizon is terrible. There can only be one location alert now, without paying another fee, on top of what is already paid every month. Sometimes one doesn't know what they have until it's gone. Having had a gizmo watch since 2019 the app felt basic and never updated keeping it all these years. However, the app is much better than what is now.
I need help to reset my phone number with the app so I can create an account.
We have to have all his friends and family download a new app and make them sign up for a Verizon account just to keep in touch? More irritating than that, I tried to setup the account and it wouldn't work, so once the Gizmo app is gone, I can't reach my kid until this is resolved. Think this is a good time to switch services...
