FirstNet Assist provides all primary and extended primary first responders with support tools at their fingertips. This app provides access to Customer Care using multiple methods, as well as providing real-time self-diagnostics based on your device brand and model. In case your device is uplift-ready, the app allows you to request uplift from the field to any current uplift request within 50 miles radius of your current location. FirstNet Assist requires a login to the FirstNet portal.

I logged in. That was the extent of this apps function. Now I can open the app for 5 seconds before it crashes. Never realized I can't give 0 stars.

This app is terrible. It randomly logs you out and says your password is incorrect (its auto saved with fingerprint). Now it does nothing but crash once I do login. I really want to get rid of Firstnet all together

App has started freezing since last update, can log on but then it shuts down and I can't pay my bill.

This app is horrible. every time I sign in, it logs me out and I can't get on and pay my bill. Then when my bill is over due its my fault.

I can never get signed in the first few times. Need to make it easier to sign in.
