I recently struggled to get back into my account waiting for 48 hours is rather stressful . but I rate u 5 stars . there could be some development . such as a Live Chat agent who could verify via Video or something. emergency can happen . old people forget stuff or don't know how IT works and battle to access what's rightfully theirs .
The passwords created by app itself are weak and do not even pass its own strengt test. There's also no integration for other browsers. One of the worst Google products.
I can easily check what my password is if I forget
