This app is terrible. It randomly logs you out and says your password is incorrect (its auto saved with fingerprint). Now it does nothing but crash once I do login. I really want to get rid of Firstnet all together
App has started freezing since last update, can log on but then it shuts down and I can't pay my bill.
This app is horrible. every time I sign in, it logs me out and I can't get on and pay my bill. Then when my bill is over due its my fault.
I can never get signed in the first few times. Need to make it easier to sign in.
AT&T sucks period. They are supposed to be the contracted carrier for the FIRST NET program, and I wouldn't bet my life on it.
Welcome to the worst phone service that does not have 24/7 customer service. They'll lie and say they do but good luck 😂 First net doesn't care about first responders. Hilarious how we have 12 hr shifts and their customer service opens on regular business hours. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
