With the release of One UI Watch version 4.5, there are new steps for installing Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 watch faces that are different from previous One UI versions.

Cannot change the complication despite being a paid app. Only can change the colors

After a lot of tinkering got it to install on watch. BUT, the configurability is VERY limited. Can only change background, hand style, and color scheme. Thats it. Companion app on phone does nothing at all. This needs ability to configure ALL complications to be useful. As to looks, is quite nice on the eyes.
