Just awful - dysfunctional - even simple things like changing WiFi network seem impossible. App interface super clunky also. Unbelievable for such a premium product. Was a fan of Beurer devices but no more, highly unlikely I'll ever buy Beurer again.
After a dip in connection reliability a few years ago, it became pretty reliable, but is now back to being flaky. Needs reconnecting to the controller every few weeks. Last update 2023 - so effectively depricated at this point.
same as everyone else... I still have the blanket which Is great. But an awful app. missed opportunity here because as a business you could gain a lots of customers with the full package.
Terrible, terrible software design. Imagine needing a complex password to turn your electric blanket on? Then when you don't use the blanket for six months, guess what? No way to change the now forgotten password, and no way to create a new account, without also creating a new email account, because your email address is "already taken". This kind of insultingly stupid design should have been left in the 1990s. Incompetent.
Always says theres no signal, even when lying in bed next to the blanket!! App is useless.
Terrible app. Sometimes it will work...most times it won't and when it does it's so slow. Don't bother with this blanket if you're buying it specifically to control it via the app, you, like me, will be very disappointed.
