Amber Fast

Amber Fast is an intermittent fasting timer built around a glowing animated countdown ring that shows exactly where you are in your fasting or eating window at any moment.

Set your fasting protocol — whether that is a 16:8, 18:6, or any custom window you prefer — and the ring tracks your progress in real time. The visual display makes it easy to stay aware of your current phase without digging through numbers or logs.

Everything runs locally on your device. No account, no sign-up, no data sent anywhere. The app works fully offline and stores all your settings and session data on-device only.

A clean onboarding walk-through introduces the core concepts on first launch, and you can revisit it any time from Settings. Haptic feedback gives a subtle physical cue at key moments during your fast, and you can toggle it off if you prefer a silent experience.

The interface is built around a home grid of large tappable cards — Timer, History, and Settings — each opening into its own focused screen. No clutter, no tabs, no hidden menus.
