buggy app. rewards don't work well
Food is Amazing just needs the ability to modify a little more. I can't eat a lot of onions but love the burrito. App won't let me remove them or make a comment. Just a little more customization would be great. Food is top notch.

Cannot check out on app due to multiple "basket errors," eventually when I figured out a combination of items to order that would be accepted, the app processed my payment and gave me an error saying the order could not be completed online and I needed to order in store. And of course the store won't accept promo codes,only the app. Frustrating waste of time, deleted the app and will not return to the store.

Absolute garbage app. They've had half a decade to fix this but yet they don't. Blank screens, turtles look like lambos compared to the speed of this app, seriously, I know your cousin went to community college and you're trying to save a buck, but get a real app designer please.
