this app is so bad it would be a reason not to buy any Friedrich device. honestly, 1 person could spend a day with Claude and the app would be much much better than this. I would be embarrassed if I worked at this company.
UPDATE: After a month it's still working except for scheduling. I am still amazed after years of unreliability. However, it still is glitchy. When changing settings, sometimes the changes don't show until you back out of the app. And support is non-existent. I wrote to them on Oct 25, it's Oct 10 and no response. Friedrich isn't what it used to be. For what they charge, I expect better service.
Everything works except the schedule, it gives me an error which reads, Something went wrong please try again, I'm using the latest version of FrederickLink Version 1.9.1 Cloud 4.3.83.1
App is very slow I and buggy

terrible! simple features that could have been already set up by simply asking us for the model number, are a mess things don't line up keeps asking me for Wi-Fi which I have a light but no menu button
