maybe back in 2023 it waa good. Now it sucks. keeps crashing, no rewards as promoted, have to spend 500 dollars to get a $25 off promo which btw doesn't work (spending doesnt give you points, staff doesn't know how to help). food's already overpriced and now their greed really shows.
App last updated Mar 9, 2026: When the app loads, it briefly flashes another UI where I can see rewards for La Popular & The Amalfi Llama before the UI switches to Eureka only. "Find Us" still lists La Popular & The Amalfi Llama locations, but "Order" takes me to a WebView of Eureka's online ordering, so I'm unsure if I'll get rewarded for dining at La Popular & The Amalfi Llama. Viewing App info in my phone's Settings also causes Settings to crash
App has a flaw. If another restaurant uses the Thanx program, then you cannot register your credit cards. So I end up not earning rewards. Also, someone decided to now call the app ERG instead of Eureka! like it used to be called.
app is buggy, can't upload receipt or register credit card.
Food, pretty good, had to return my order of Sweet Potato Fries, that were cold. The next order was plenty more and hot. What a concept. Service, not so great. I noticed other Customer's getting the bubbly, smiley, energetic treatment from their bartenders while I got just the standard. I felt like it was a chore for them to serve me. Truly, this is how I felt. One bartender took my order, different from the one who originally stated she would return, when she never did. Will not be returning.
