They use 3rd party delivery. and when that goes wrong they just blame it on the driver and don't take responsibility. good luck getting a refund when you don't get your food. scam
They updated the app so it requires MFA via text messages but it doesn't work with VOIP numbers. Now I can only access my account via the web, but I am unable to update my phone number and their customer support is non responsive. edit: They have finally adjusted the MFA and I was able to log back in. Not a fan that defaults to a 20% tip.
If you love ad spam then this app is for you! Back in my day notifications were for notifications, not pings telling me to order their food without even a compelling promo. It makes me not even want to order from this place again. Really annoying but I guess I can always use a delivery app.. I just can't have 10 different apps that behave like Door Dash on my phone. it's impossible to concentrate like that.
app is fantastic...even dark mode .. but can't save a card to use and no Google Pay...please add proper mobile payment to the app!
