Flarvo is a straightforward interval timer designed for HIIT-style training sessions. You set your work duration, rest duration, and the number of rounds — then let it run while you focus on your workout.

Between each phase, Flarvo sends a vibration alert so you always know when to push and when to recover, without staring at the screen. Visual cues make the current phase obvious at a glance, whether you're in compact row view, card view, or grid view.

Everything runs locally on your device. No account, no login, no internet connection required. Your timer configurations are saved automatically and stay private.
