Gauges:
2 big analog gauges (battery percentage and the percentage of daily step goal. Background color can be changed.
Fitness:
Steps, Distance and HR. Distance can show Mi or Km it depends on your regional settings on the phone. For example if se to EN_US or UK it shows miles.
Shortcuts:
Shortcuts available when tap on HR, Power Icon, Steps
Custom complications:
4 custom complications available.

So far, it won't allow me to install because of an error. Hope to see an improvement so I can come back and change..
