I am having a horrible experience trying to reset the password to my account. I am not receiving any password reset mail. Nor can I create any new account because the system says my phone number is already taken. And since there is no other way of asking for support you got yourselves a bad 1 star rating. Get the basics right first. account access for example is the minimal I would say.
