Tap the shortcut to measure your heart rate.
The heart icon will stay on during measurement.
Make sure the watch screen is turned on and that you are wearing
it correctly on your wrist when measuring your heart rate.

I'm not a huge fan of analog or hybrid watch faces, smart watches are digital and this fact should be celebrated, not poorly concealed with animated clock hands, not that this watch face has bad animations, I just don't like the fact rhat most of the real estate of the watch display is occupied by a fake watch dial.
