The Ui is still horrible.
the hearing aids work awesome, i really am sorry they discontinued the line . however the app is so bad it requires frequent removing and re installed and I just want to adjust the volume. the android support is horrible. I have had very expensive aids in the past and these by far work best for my condition. I have a condition where my hearing fluctuates often and when the app doesn't allow me to easily adjust volume of each ear separately its really anoying.
I don't like the new design and the adjustments don't seem to work as well.
it offers fine tuning but can't be accessed through the app...horrible upgrade!
I was satisfied with the app until they recently did some kind of update. Now it isn't working properly.
the original version of the app was good, this new version is non functional.
