After the app update in September, I'm still having the same issue I reported in my August post below. I'm a new customer, I've entered all information to register only to have the app tell me I'm not registered and kick me back to the log-in screen.

JULY 2026 NO RESPONSES to issues about app & missing data. Missing data long standing issue!! [App is OFTEN MISSING DATA for some days.] DIFFICULT COMMUNICATION SUPPORT... Account view should show if scheduled payment. [Pop-up asking if need more time on $0 balance? 5/9: Appears fixed.] Great app if consistently worked as intended. ** Rebranded SmartHub** SmartHub works well with some utility companies & less so with LCEC. LCEC needs to work with SmartHub to fix problems or find another vendor.
