Keep your health and fitness data in one place. Health Connect stores the health and fitness data from your apps in one place, offline and on your device, so you can easily manage the data from your different apps.
Update privacy settings in a few taps. Before a new app can access your data, you can review and choose what you want to share. If you change your mind, or want to see which apps recently accessed your data, find it all in Health Connect.

Terrible app. I accidentally activated it and it destroyed the syncing between My Fitness Pal and Google Health. It even retrospectively distorted the data history.
It doesn't connect to all the health apps on my phone. look into that

it would not show me health data from samsung health or nothing x app so I dont know if the app works at all
Failed to connect data from FIT to AIA Vitality. Finally managed to connect it myself, but the current UI is so badly designed. Displayed health app (even without plus icon) won't guarantee that the apps already connected to each other, and there's no simple way to see if each app already connected. I'm open to revise my score once the current issue already addressed.
