❓ Troubleshooting Weather Information
This is usually related to how the watch fetches weather data.
Please follow these steps:
1- Install “Simple Weather” on both phone and watch

2- Set its update interval to 1 hour
3- Wait a few minutes for data to sync

🌙 Always-On Display (AOD)
The watch face has an always-active display. You can change the brightness level in the customization menu. There are 10 levels in total.
The colors are synchronized with the normal view.
With the new option “AOD Dim” in the customization menu, you can now change the AOD layout.

I would like a refund as the warchface would not go on my phone Samsung s22
I should have listened. Multiple and multiple complaints complaints about paying for this and installing ONLY to find you get a bunch of question marks across the face... ??????.... I have a brand new Samsung Ultra so it's not an old OS or watch. BUYER beware... DO NOT buy it is garbage. I asked for a refund and was told that a refund is against their policy. Sham of a company.
Did everything possible. Confirmed the internet connection but weather still shows as question mark on my galaxy 7
I purchased this face for the Galaxy Ultra 2. Had almost everything I wanted (adding blood pressure to the complications would improve my rating). I have used many of your watch faces over the years & have been impressed. That said, for some reason the future weather days all have a "?" instead of a forecast. Issue corrected itself. I'd rate this a 4.5 just because I'd like the blood pressure complication on the face. As usual Persona has created a very handy watch face.
I can't install it to my watch, that's 3 now I've bought from persona and it keeps saying watch not connected to Bluetooth when my watch is connected so I dont know maybe my watch is to old to install it but I've already got a couple of persona watch faces and they installed fine, im spewing they won't install on my watch
nice face but can not get same color combinations they show on pics.
