Bugs in software and no response from support. Paid for a year subscription on my device and the app doesn't recognise that I have paid when I log in with exactly the same details on a different device. No response to my last two emails to support so now I have paid for an app I can't even use.
it is fun
it's not for adults it's for children and it's really nice and I used to use it for school work.
it hang in bw
most worst app first thing, if a child wants to learn who is neither a parent nor an educator, how will it open even when I am writing my correct email and password I can't open it and it has STORIES so it should specially be for children not educators or parents . If a student wants to do then?? teacher has asked to complete a assignment and should be completed as she will check it on her screen. tell me what reason I should give
This app is just very bad. When ever you try to get logged in without a subscription it just takes you back to the page where you need add all that password and email address.
