the camera doesn't work anymore. all year. I paid extra for this feature on the automatic feeder and it doesn't work. it used to.
why doesn't it REMEBER me in a different phone....
Effectively a scam, they sell a subscription service that doesntbwork even when your device is connected. Dont expect to get a single video or image with your paid subscriptions. Their support refuses to reply to the issue so i will be leaving reviews here and on the product pagesnto warn others. Avoid this companies products at all costs.
Entire system doesn't work. Big waste of your money and time.
The app won't launch. I tried to clear the data and even uninstall and then install again. It shows the Petlibro logo and doesn't go further.
This is one of the most dysfunctional apps I've ever had. Luckily the timer still works and delivers food at the set schedule despite all the times the app crashes or lags. It takes forever to load, needs to restart at times, has updates but for no beneficial reason. It's annoying. I don't plan to buy another petlibro product, however I do plan to make sure to not recommend it to anyone.
