Service provides a "check coverage" list of countries and you think "ah yes, I see the country I want to visit on that list, so I'll get their "global esim" and all will ok..." but sadly not. their coverage list is very misleading and not all counties on the "list" are actually coverage under their 'global' plan (I.e. Seychelles). you have to check another list to see what's covered under the 'global' plan... not the list that the app takes you to when you click "check coverage". misleading.
Twice I had my signal on a pause. The dynamic team FlexiRoam won't stop until your technical issue is resolved. Quick response. 24x7 available. very pleased with the quality, service, result, empathy. All above expectations.
Best overall choice. Been using it for almost two years. Every time we land in or enter a country, it works. little to no hassles. Like all services, it has it's hiccups, but without a doubt, their "Live Chat" or customer-service calls are outstanding & very fast! They will send a lot of promotions & offers but they have to stay in business so that's OK. Great programs, offers & plans.
Connect 5G but 3G speed (0.5 mb download speed). Avoid this app, don't be faked by attractive promotion, you will regret it.
Doesn't work. it always gives the error message unable to connect to internet. I tried with my home wifi and even mobile data but still the same. But I was getting notifications every now and then.
This is the first time I am using this app to get the free data plan as well as to add additional days for my trip in November . The app is a bit "clunky" not very user friendly , but the help I received from their support service was exceptional . I used a "whatsapp" number to communicate and the response was immediate and very help full .
