Very much disappointed with the app not at all working properly

Poor interface design, and it fails mid transactions, it deducts the money from you but does not complete the transaction, keeps you stranded for many days
iqama update is not working on app
Coming back after almost a year, unfortunately, there is zero improvement in this rubbish app and its banking operations: The app still freezes if you do a couple of transactions in a row. It still doesn't sync with Samsung Pay. Standard credit card payment transfers take 2-3 days to reflect. The irony is that customer support actively replies to comments instead of fixing basic features, asking you to email them instead. If a customer points out a clear problem here, just take it n fix
