very limited to only 3 utility provider options.

once again failure! app said my session expired and now won't let me back with a good email and password! They don't know the solar system doesn't PRODUCE anything at night but continues to show power being produced!!
awful. hardware company trying lock it down and force customers to pay installers or for a data plan through them just to monitor already installed systems. I will never opt for this company in the future.
I got a new router over a month ago. Connected all my devices with little effort. All except our inverter. No matter what I try, the mySolarEdge app won't connect. Their chat bot and Google didn't help. Their customer support is practically non-existent. We did finally talk to a representative who said we needed to call our solar installer. Our solar installer said they'll only come for a $99 fee. They both blame the other for the problem. SolarEdge gets a failing grade.
