After using the disney application, I have to say that app is close to useless: 1. no wait time on map 2. no convinient online order, you need to arrive physically to the restaurant, scan a qrcode that opens a webpage, wait in line while ordering. a very immature workflow. It is one of the worst applications that i have ever used. Shame. It costs alot, and a much better service is expected.
please add Language selection screen as first screen to show up (once) and safe this setting... needed to set my phone to english just to understand what's written also somewhat confusing, that only the entry ticket can be registered, not the premium pass
The USJ app is little more than an interactive map and ride wait time status reference. While I scanned all 3 of our tickets and our names appeared, the app wouldn't display the QR codes. I checked with Guest Services and they confirmed we needed to use the HTML links (for QR codes) in the email we received when purchasing the Main and Express passes. So the USJ app is of limited utility (maximum futility) if trying to do much more with it than a map and wait time reference.
Terrible app. keeps crashing and doesn't detect when I'm inside the park.
Good app.
I just wanted to go to the park, but it took many hours just to get to the end, once I got there It didn't even verify, I started around 7 pm and it is 11:30 pm, I got no tickets and can't even go tomorrow, even if I could, the app used so much of my time, that I wouldn't even be able to enjoy the park tomorrow due to lack of sleep, nice job USJ!!
