Wayfair support needs to stop lying to the workers.. I was told that a support member was going to put a note in the system about a situation... then I get a call from another support member saying there's nothing in the system showing I even spoke to a support member... Please fix this Then... You have customers that live in apartment building that needs a key card and won't answer the phone and will lie to Wayfair saying they never got a call when Wayfair support called too...🤷🏽♂️🤣

I appreciate they care about the public side of their reputation but the pro side is rough. Pay rates are beneath other options while lacking many of the competitors features. Today they updated the TOS... I didn't read through it all but the first clause starts they can cancel your jobs at their discretion at any time. That's insane. You cannot let people drive long distances for low rates and then rug pull the job from them as they knock on the door! I refuse to accept those terms!
