Account locked out yet again. Been paying on my final bill. Now another issue, out of business. I found out our debts have been sold off to a 3rd party company. I personally been with fingerhut for over 15 years. No loyalty whatsoever.
what is wrong with this app? the 2 weeks I have been trying to login it just spins, then when allows me to login it says my account is now locked. this has happened 2 times. only because I gave up. I tried it through Google and after the 2nd unlock I put in the temp password and it asked for a new password so I changed it. then I entered it and it send a code went back and it said the website is invalid.

How can I have a customer ID when I don't even have a account yet smh. I can't enroll NO customer ID yet that's rediculous to ask a new customer for that kind of info which I can't provide so needless to say I won't be enrolling ugggggh
