support option is not working. so i've paid for the plus version as a parent and somehow uninstalled the app. my child sent me invitation and i had to install it once again. and when i installed it - i see again "get the plus version" to send your child tasks. that's when i got in problem. there's no support. looks like you are talking to nobody. but it doesnt matter, because the app breaks every time i try to send a message to "in app support option". well.... enjoy my 20 $.
I’ve been using Dragon Family for chore tracking and motivation, and overall its a really creative app for families with kids. The dragon theme and game-style rewards make chores much more fun and engaging than a regular checklist. My kids actually seem excited to complete tasks so they can earn rewards, collect dragons, and level up. I also like that the app focuses on habits, responsibility, and even financial education instead of just chores. Parents can customize tasks and rewards which nice
We regret downloading this app. We paid €40 for a Premium subscription, but Premium is not activated in the app, even though it is active in Apple ID. We tried logging in with Gmail and Apple ID, restoring purchases, and reinstalling the app — nothing works. We spent a lot of time trying to fix this issue. The app is not user-friendly, the interface is confusing, and support does not respond. Very disappointing experience. We cannot recommend this app.
Excellent app and I enjoy a lot in this app and it give a good interface
could be better... not very intuitive in the controls, plus support emails seem to go into a black hole. good idea, with a bit of work could be great
