Keen advisors are like angry internet trolls on the phone!!! The people who work on these lines are not only typically not really psychic, they are a bunch of very angry people. listen, You don't need to call a fake psychic to get bad advice and angry input. Even the ones who think they're spiritual and good and kind.... honestly those are some of the worst. They are holier than thou and actually believe their spew. save your money, your patience, and your peace!!

it looks like you're on top of it. the office now working without the force update to the consumer app. excellent. there's nothing in this world more beautiful the responsibility and accountability. thank you so much.
keeps saying to update, cant take calls bc of that pop up and the update link takes u to the customer app..... where u cant take calls. so im just shut off from taking all calls
I love this app! It's glitchy sometimes but support helps out so I have no real issues here. I did want to report that it is not allowing me to receive chats because it wants me to update to the "new" app, which is the consumer side. The Keen main app (consumer) DOES NOT TAKE CHATS/CALLS. Hopefully they fix this problem, in the meantime I will have to just go on my laptop.
