constant issues with connecting to the alarm
The device randomly stops connecting with my phone
As others say white noise randomly cuts out. Disrupts sleep and defeats the purpose. Super disappointing for such an expensive light.
Since last update, every night at 10:00 p.m. My clock announces quite loudly "Good night, sleep well" and then starts playing some soundtrack from the app. I do not have this set as a bedtime routine. Since I often go to bed before 10:00 p.m. this is really frustrating as I cannot figure out how to turn it off.
App and light do not communicate. Light cannot function without app. No issues with my router or home Internet.
Love the idea of this. My husband bought this for my birthday last year. I love listening to white noise while I'll sleep. Multiple times a night the noise will cut out occasionally interrupting my sleep. Have emailed the company numerous times with no response. Rarely will the noise last all night. Would be better off with a cheap white noise machine.
