The app doesn't work reliably. Many times, trying to view digital coupons yields no results so I cannot view any coupons I've clipped. I have to search for items individually in order to see its digital coupon (if any) to see if I clipped it. There are also many times that an item shows no coupons even though the weekly ad clearly shows it should have one. There are also times when I try to scan the barcode in the store directly and the item cannot be found even when I have a connection.
Great value and easy ordering.
easy to use and lots of deals
app is very slow to load and hard to use in store. plus it doesn't even seem to have a way to scan the in-store coupons. I even asked the store employee to help me and they couldn't find it on the app either. why have an app that you rely on for coupons and then not build a way to scan them
First time. let's see.
Annoyed that multiple times I have clipped the digital deals only to not receive the discounts. We had 3 digital coupons and only received one on our receipt. 🙄All for some free eggs. Then trying to use the app in the store is impossible. You have to find the correct area where the phone gets reception.
