PhysiAssistant has such great potential. Continually though it has errors when updating or creating new programs. 1. Not able to update sets and reps through PhysiAssistant, continually get a retry error 2. Upload a bunch of videos of exercises though PhysiAssistant, then try to set that up in a new program. Doesn't work, need to then go onto physitrack to create the routine and hope that the videos are all uploaded. If not, repeat and repeat. Will improve review when features improve.
The new app doesn't allow you to modify a program once it has been assigned, and regardless of when I set the program end date, it always defaults back to 1 week and I can't modify this through the app.
As a practitioner I don't have an access to the previous program delivered to the patient through this app and make changes in the program. Also, I don't have an access to the direct chat option with the patient which was there in the earlier app. I can only chat via web browser app which is cumbersome as that's not a very handy and quick option to chat or reply when you don't have a strong internet connectivity.
When you click login, it just continually reloads the login page.
