I have lot of years customer service and delivery service
Cannot Get Any Support! I signed up for the app and after being put in the wait list I finally got the email to continue verification. After submitting docs (that are up to date) app was denied with no explanation. No way to contact support to resubmit docs or get explanation. I am writing this to see if support will reach out to help! Please Help🙏🏾 ************UPDATE********* About a month later 10/13/26 and still no response at all. now I have to try and delete this account to try again
app has been acting up in the store
I started sparking January and it's been an amazing experience. I get to see more of the city and country. The app does have its technical difficulties but overall it's been great.
it truly is idiotic. noone should be proud of this app. makes me fill out info then tells me go to email for code. ok info then immediately kicks me out of app and makes me start over. just idiotic. tried like 50 times. so much makes me take 15 minute break. oh so then info another angle and says push on QR code and take with camera . well guess what you go to camera and it kicks you out of QR. so same idiotic person set this one up. don't need driver job this bad.
can't get past the street address line in the sign up form. it gets stuck on address line 1 and 2 and will not allow other fields. have reloaded 3 times.
