My experience with Wayfair has not been good. I purchased a king bed frame, pillows, and a mattress from Wayfair. All items were supposed to be delivered by October 10th. received a bed frame and pillows but instead of receiving my mattress, Wayfair sent me doggy training pads. I contacted them and they told me that they could get me a new mattress in roughly a week. Very unacceptable and when I asked for a refund they said it would take like 7-10 days. I will not order from them again

I totally love the online app. So very easy to use for me a senior with not much computer skills. and like all the texts with sales for us with membersjips which are also awesome!
I just deleted my glowing review of the Wayfair app. All I wanted to do was buy lamps and I was forced to update the app. I complied. The app wouldn't work. Not to be deterred, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app that I have been using trouble free for years and now it doesnt work at all. Guess Amazon has lamps, right? Or I'll drop by Home Goods tomorrow. Fix the app or lose more customers. Grrrrrr. 😠
JUNK! If Temu, Wish, & Amazon had a baby, then Wayfair is its name. App LAGS, freezes every 5 minutes; REPETITIVE loop of close, open, close, open. 25 IDENTICAL ITEMS, ALL DIFF PRICES. Except for the one single item that I tried to buy, which is suddenly O.O.S. MONTHS of bad app reviews, ALL saying app is broke & needs work. But Dev is too busy using profits for Other things instead of FIXING THEIR JANKY BROKEN APP! It might be even worse than Amazon's app at this point. F.F.S! FIX. IT. ALREADY!
