Quick Setup Guide:
Install WatchGlucose on both your watch and your phone.
Open the app on your watch first.
Open the app on your phone and follow the on-screen instructions to sync.

Just what I was looking for. I wanted a way of checking glucose readings while driving and working, without needing to look at phone. I use a Samsung Watch 5 paired with Freestyle Libre 2plus. Works very well.
