CONTENT MONITORING
Bark monitors your child’s text messages, email, YouTube, and 30+ apps and social media platforms for issues like cyberbullying, suicidal ideation, adult content, sexual predators, profanity, threats of violence, and more. Parents receive alerts only when something potentially problematic occurs online. You won’t have full access to everything on your child’s phone — just the things you might need to know about.
SCREEN TIME MANAGEMENT
Families can set healthy time limits and create schedules for when their children’s devices can connect to the internet (through both cell service and Wi-Fi).
WEB FILTERING
Our web filter lets you select which websites your child can access on their devices. You can allow or block specific sites — or even whole categories like streaming services, online gaming, sexual content, and more.
BARK HOME
When you purchase Bark Home, a small device sold separately that connects to your Wi-Fi router, you can use our app to manage screen time and filter websites and apps on all of the Wi-Fi-connected devices in your home, from smart TVs and video game consoles to laptops and tablets. Bark Home requires an active Bark subscription.

Bark, our comprehensive online safety solution, includes content monitoring, screen time management, and web filtering. Bark is $14/month — or $99 annually.
Bark Jr provides screen time management and web filtering for $5/month or $49 annually.

Not easy to navigate. Plus setting up a new bark phone is cumbersome the link you send to the new phone does not work. Need to return it if they don't help
NO STARS DONT PUT YOUR CHILD THROUGH THIS. Because they will be unsafe! bark is a scam! my childs starter phone was hacked inside of a month of her having it. Bark support manager confirmed it was another device like what police use and they refuse to do anything about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BARK PHONE IT IS A FRAUD AND SCAM AND TOTALLY AI CONTROLLED BECAUSE EVERY ANSWER IS VERBATIM AND NEVER ANSWERS ANY LOGICAL QUESTION. Even a telephone call to support is talking to AI pretending to be human.
We've had it for almost a year but lately it's been nothing but problems! Location tracking almost never works anymore. Tons of spam calls. One day it failed to switch to the school schedule so my son's phone started ringing in class! And it was a spam call! I've wasted hours trying to fix issues with the phone. I upgraded service so we could add some games & school apps on his phone but I'm about to cancel it altogether and stop recommending it to others.
it's a very good tool for parents to protect the family.
I get flagged for EVERYTHING. I can't even talk to any of my closest friends without getting flagged for saying something. like telling ur best friend to do smth is NOT bullying! this app is just a nightmare. and having that dumb notification thing on ur lock screen is just annoying, and you can even see my wallpaper all the way. and I should not have to get a code TO CHANGE MY SETTINGS. I FEEL LIKE I WILL GET FLAGGED FOR EVERYTHING. autocorrect? FLAGGED. FIX THIS.
The app works well and pretty easy. The phone and service are terrible.
