I've had this app for a while now. At first it was great, you just put in receipt number and stars were added automatically, no receipt details needed, the system knew the indoor from the receipt number. Now we're redirected to a page to put in all kinds of personal information and all the receipt details. I'm thinking I might just uninstall the app. No reason we should have to put in the information it is requiring. Yes, the personal info is Required, not optional, it's just ridiculous.

It’s sad—this was my go-to place for years, but the food and points system have both gone downhill. The points system feels like a scam: I turned in two tickets and was denied rewards for both. One, submitted this morning, was supposedly expired; the other said I’d used the app too much. If I’m eating there more than once a day, I should be able to use the app and redeem my points. Ill just take my business elsewhere from now on. No nice try if today's order is 23 days old then I'm stupid then.
