the worst news app I have ever used. multiple logins required per month, ugly interface design, subscription price is outrageous.
Complete garbage. As another reviewer said the recent updates have made the app super glitchy - won't stay on the article your reading. If you can't read the article you've selected what's the point of the app?? Super frustrating.
App is very glitchy. Reading articles is very frustrating. Ads constantly load causing jumps in page, scrolling lags, jumps to home screen while reading with no prompting. Definitely not worth the money I'm paying. Do better. The money you take is a contract to provide an acceptable service. You are definitely not living up to your end of the bargain. Note: I see some say update fixed this, not true. I have cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail.
Hard to cancel and Gannett (Parent Company) keeps raising the price. Even with a subscription, each article has thousands of ads. It's a total scam.
