Ratings and Reviews
The app is awful. The search engine is archaic. It is unable to work on phrases; returns both relevant and non relevant results; doesn't hold the search results after you view one of the results. As others have noted, the coaches seem to respond to requests for help with scripted answers. One coach said to use Virta AI, from within the app but I can't find Virta AI in the app. I have an Android phone. Maybe the app for Apple phones works better?

Horrible experience so far.
I like that I can log my food but I wish I could edit the values, not all foods are the standard amounts. The health coach started out helpful but after a couple months just replies to all my questions with a reiteration of "what do you think you should do about that" I lost 20 pounds but my glucose numbers have stayed high & she offered no additional help.
The coaches are really great. Very helpful and non-judgemental. I like the AI features for meal planning and meal logging, but want a way to add specific nutritional values. The community is a great feature, but wish it was more organized to find specific posts and comments and have additional communities/teams you can join to have more tailored support from others like you. Big issue is the app is duplicating/stuttering when I type to my coach or in the communities tab, making it hard to use
