Could not get the app to work
I love the playa bowls
The app is terrible. Can't place an order because it doesn't have my phone number. Even though my account does have my phone # connected. My points were there and then disappeared. Can't update my birthday because it got stuck on the text code verification screen and didnt load.
always down when I need it. very disappointed
well let's just not mention how this app just started glitching out and I can't even change my playa location!!!
App orders are auto accepted and marked complete without human interaction? I placed an order this morning after the store opened, arrived to find a closed store. very confusing because the app not only allowed me to place it but said my order was being prepared. I left and received a notification shortly after saying my food was ready. after returning to find the store still closed, I looked at the app and found it was showing picked up. if the store is closed, why is the app accepting orders?
