It is absolute trash. The whole system. There's 3 different companies that don't know right from left. They random assign "primary" to whatever phone number they want regardless of what you "primary" account says. That makes using your money impossible, then they make policies so they can steal your money due to THEM preventing you from using it. Yes, they are thieves.
Great app to communicate with inmates!
sending pictures to loved ones is next to impossible because everytime I scroll down in my gallery, it goes right back to the top.
Very difficult to use...
this app sucks online says photos approved on the app it says pending it approved my messages not my photos and their pg-13 had to call customer 2 twice he said he sent me messages I have received those horrible app
giving this 1 star and it don't even deserve that, I just had to click a stat so I'll could leave a review and tell everybody and anybody this is the worse app in the world. It's the most frustrating app in the whole world. This stupid app make a u want to throw ur phone out the wall. Not to mention when it lived one is locked up and u haven't been able to talk to them, and u jump thru hoops and they don't work. It doesn't matter what the situation is, I promise u ur going to have problems.
