Delayed payment issue in south africa is a problem seeing that there is a period on the day that the subscription renews that we cannot watch TV which is frustrating please try an fix so that the payment renews before and there is no break in service.
I have a monthly debit yet every 17th of the month my account says expired and you debit the next day ?why not on the day it expires? now I can't watch anything...
on the day of expiry, when you try to renew the subscription, it says you've already subscribed
I'm happy with this app
great app, but having issues with subscription. app and play store don't align. app expires, payment on play store only comes off next day. I can't seem to prevent this. 1 day forced to have no app. fix it please, annoying! I guess I'll read a book.
love this App. my biggest issue however would be. I've paid on the 21st and then it runs till the 20th of next month. so there is a day I don't have to watch, tried cancelling my subscription and then resubscribing. but that also doesn't seem to work. any feedback
