Fantastic app to plan your own yoga flows, and fully customise your yoga practice with the help of the Play Pause Be yoga cards. Such a great tool for a yoga teacher - but it also has pre-built sequences. It offers a variety of styles: hatha, yin, kundalini... I just love it.
Disappointed with automated deck. This app and subscription is to the deck they already sell at a pretty high price. The app allows users to arrange deck of cards for a yoga sequence, no ability to customize (to adapt for modifications etc). The artwork is very nice but as far as functionality goes for those wanting to use to help sequence for teaching mixed level classes. I was sold on the vision, concept, and marketing but the delivery fell significantly short and was not worth the cost.
Absolutely loving the app! The latest improvements (the smart sequencing filter, and ability to move cards around) has been amazingly helpful when planning out my class sequences! Looking forward to the "left and right" options being released, and super excited to see what other features come along in the future! The team have been really wonderful in listening to what we customers would like, and they work hard to get those features happening for us. Phenomenal job so far guys!!
I have taught group fitness PT for 12+ years but completed my 200hr YTT 2 yrs ago. I have purchased numerous card decks with Restorative being the most recent one. I was excited to hear about the Floga app and so far I am very happy with my purchase. This will greatly help me build new sequences with different goals when I don't have my cards with me. Being a FT digital health product manager, I believe this is an excellent product and look forward to exciting enhancements in the pipeline.
