One of the most irritating apps I've had the displeasure of using. My city's parking infrastructure makes this app entirely essential and yet it has persistent problems, now more than ever. With broken location-based parking spot suggestions and a horrible customer care system that makes it impossible to resolve issues that inevitably arise when their subscription free trial window pop-ups appear and bug out your booking, this app and its parent company need an overhaul desperately.
I get stuck in a loop where I get sent back to the beginning of the sign in process if I try to deny the 30 day trial.
they say continue without subscription but then a loop begins. dont fall for the trap!
You have to use this! I mean you have to as it is a corrupt monopoly with vile pricing systems set to keep raising rates on what should be a utility.
