disputed a double charge for my pass and got my pass frozen
Good for ikon pass but very bad for tracking skiing
awful- still has ski season trail map and says snowshoeing and skating is open at Blue mountain even though it's summer. can't see hiking trails
I got stranded. Absolutely horrible app and business practice. The app was not showing how many days I'd left, and it was showing me that I had only five days tracked in Snowbird Alta and ruined my trip by not letting me scan in when I had zero days left, and I had no way to track it. On the app, it was showing me that five days were scanned, but I had zero days left, and actually tried to scan. And when I called them, I was on the phone for two hours until I got in, and they weren't able to do
so disappointed in this app. I just want to quickly open it and see lift statuses and ops updates but I have to click through multiple screens to get there even if I save it to my favorites. it would be great to have an Ikon Lite or something that just has lift/trail/mountain report. also when you load the map it automatically displays the lodges instead of trails. feels like it's more catered to getting people to spend money than creating a good experience for people who actually ski/ride.
