Terrible app. The crowd monitor actually got worse with the latest update.
I was a black card member for 9 years at planet fitness. they have changed their policy to not allow my wife to use the benefits of my black card membership. this was not explained at the gym and they treated my wife very unprofessionally and made her get off the massage chair. she has only came with me one time in 9 years and they disrespected my wife. I canceled my membership on the spot. I will look for a much better gym where they honor the highest paying members.
wish I coukd give 0 starts, I've never struggled to csncle something and get charged 4 TIMES todo it, first time not only was I charged my yearly and monthly but I rejoined a year later and now I paid the yearly fee so I can cancel it and it charged me meaning it shoukd have stopped right? no it charged me the next month so I'll have to pay the 60 yearly fee again, don't use this app, just try a diffrent gym first
The new update is horrible.
won't open
couldn't get the app to link up to my membership. my club said it was my phone number. that didn't work. then I got a card and use the barcode on it. that didn't work. then I got an email from you guys saying it was fixed and it still doesn't work. deleted the app. we'll use the card to scan in.
