Clueless Customer Support.
I am unable to Verify even after reaching out to customer service. also I tried to log out and log back in but it still shows unable to login. Needs more bug fixes.
I have made a transaction from Germany to India during the weekend and in the app it was showing it will take only 30min - 1h time ,even after waiting I did not receive the money then I contacted the customer care they said it will take 24h so please don't trust the time period what they are mentioning. In my experience Remitly is the best app for transferring money instantly.
Pathetic Customer service support
the experience was utter flop. Adding money to wallet is kind of a snail slow process. and later taking a lot of time to get the money to verified and reflect. could had made it better. the interface is not at all user friendly
update: wallet says upgrade..when I click ok nothing shows. it's like a bug. there is no revert transfer, wallet to EU bank. and customer team they are forcing to transfer or keep in wallet there is no interest and for their responses is really frustrating. time if response is good but is it useful and solved the issue! add EU bank details as well we can transfer wallet transfers easily forth and back and provide the interest if possible.
