A TRANSMISSION PLAN FOR EVERYONE
Each camera requires a transmission plan to receive images from the field. SPYPOINT provides a FREE transmission plan option of 100 photos per month, per camera. To receive more photos or videos, upgrade your transmission plan.

cameras died the day before the deer opening day and haven't worked since. All were working fine and all stoped at working at the same time. Support expects you to have a laptop at the hunt camp, format and reinstall firmware on camera that are less than 6 months active. If there was a zero star, I would chose that.
I have had a couple heck ups but tech support is quick to respond had a new camera just quit and they sent me a new one in just a few days. I had Bushnell cameras prior to spy point spent over 430.00 each pure junk. Worked about a week their tech support is almost nonexistent and I ate the 3 cameras a bought. Right now for the money these micro light are tops. We'll im not as pleased with the support as before had to update my payment details not easy. l added new card and no pics still.
I'm new at the cell cam working but I think I'm going to like it
poor software , camera to apk updates/ transfers slow and unreliable. check others reviews and see the same reports. spent an hour online chat to find cam defective. that night starts working again and burns the free100 pics right away of Nothing. Same as others report. Paid and free on off for 3yrs, continually need to reset for correct photo transmit and count.
