too easy
Truly horrid app. Demands lots of unnecessary personal info. Takes so many steps and so much time to just park a car. Charges you an extra $0.55 every time you extend your parking. These blatant data thieves made me give them my plate number, email address, and phone number; just charge the total amount upon exit like a less exploitative parking garage. Or make people provide a payment method first and charge the total upon exit. I'll definitely avoid parking in ParkMobile lots in the future.
great service and easy to use
The app has been working seamlessly so far, and the interface is very easy to use. I like how many of the parking spots around New Jersey uses it.
Easy to use!
tried to charge me $38 to park. I parked across the street with Pay by Phone for $1.28. uninstalled
