Awful! I signed up for one year because his school used it and he seemed to like it. Big regret since we are not an iPad or tablet family at all. He probably used it three times in a year and one time he said he saw something on it that really scared him. He refused to use it again. We don’t even use any iPads or tablets anymore. Unfortunately since we’re not savvy in this space, there’s an automatic renew, voilà another $150 lost. I put in a refund request immediately. Denied twice. Piss poor
This is a scam. I reluctantly downloaded this early last week. I was unsure if we really wanted it, but thought I could delete in a day if we didn’t see it was worth it. (We it had a one week free trial.) Predictably, my child didn’t want it THE NEXT DAY so I cancelled it THE NEXT DAY. Well in time for the 7 day free trial. But they said i cancelled it for next year, and now have to pay over $100 for a game that no one will play. It’s a misleading scam - stay away! Negative 5-stars!! Scam! Scam!
